Q: Are you buying my home or selling it to someone else?
A: We are direct buyers. When you sell to us, you will not have to wait while a buyer is found, or while the buyer secures financing from the bank. By eliminating red tape, we can buy your house quickly and for a great price.
Q: How do you determine your offers?
A: We are very open and honest about how we generate offers on your property. We will look at comparable sales, the property’s location, necessary repairs, and determine a price that will work for everyone. But cutting directly to the chase with a direct sale, thousands of dollars can be saved.
Q: What are the costs? Will I need to pay commissions and fees?
A: This is one of the greatest benefits of a direct sale. You won’t have to worry about paying any costs or fees. And because we are a direct buyer, you will not need to pay us a commission. On top of all that, most of the time we pay the closing costs in full! A fast sale will also immediately end your financial responsibility to the property. You won’t need to pay anything out of pocket to sell your home. We make you an offer, and it’s as simple as that. No hidden fees, costs or hassles. The only way we make money is after we have made repairs on the house. We take the risk, and even if we aren’t able to make a profit, we will always follow through on a sale.
Q: How is a direct sale different from listing?
A: Each method of selling has its benefits, however, there is no one “right way” to sell a house. Every property and every situation are different. When you list, you will be asked to get your home into the best condition possible. An agent will then list it on the MLS, showing it to potential buyers in exchange for a commission if the property sells. The trouble with this is that there is no guarantee on the time it will take or the price you will walk away with. An agents commission will typically be somewhere between 3-6%, this can amount to thousands of dollars depending on the home. Listing your house can be a great option if you are able to wait and if you are able to put money into the house upfront. However, if you would rather sell the property quickly and for a great price, without having to clean up or make repairs, a direct sale might be what you are looking for!
Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: None whatsoever. We simply need to know basic property information to get started. We have in-house software that helps us to evaluate your property, allowing us to come up with a fair and accurate offer. It is completely up to you whether you decide to sell or not. There is never any hassle, cost or obligation! We want to work with you to help you make the decision that is right for you.
